What are your lawyers’ fees based on?

Our fees are typically based on hourly rates determined by experience and the time spent to resolve your matter.

Rarely we take on contingency litigation matters.
We do offer from flat fees for certain services and you should discuss this with the lawyer before he or she commences work.

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, money orders, and bank drafts.

How Does Billing Work?

We typically require a sum of money upfront which is refereed to as a “Retainer”. This money is deposited into our Trust Account. As work is completed and disbursements accumulated on your file, we will render and account and funds will be removed from the Trust Account from the funds we hold on Retainer.

Periodically we may ask you to top-up the Retainer amount. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and get in touch with one of our lawyers via email or telephone.
