We do offer from flat fees for certain services and you should discuss this with the lawyer before he or she commences work.
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, money orders, and bank drafts.
We typically require a sum of money upfront which is refereed to as a “Retainer”. This money is deposited into our Trust Account. As work is completed and disbursements accumulated on your file, we will render and account and funds will be removed from the Trust Account from the funds we hold on Retainer.
